Let me introduce myself , I am Nitya Chatterjee working as an Investment Banker with an MNC Bank in Mumbai.Around 45 days back i booked a clear trip travel to and fro to Bangalore (Trip ID: 07168AD2040), YOU CAN CHECK IN YOUR RECORDS.I was told that i an entiltled for an IPOD (as the promotion of spicejet was on during that period), since then i have called your customer service nos atleast 6-7 days…no feedback has been recd till date. I can only say dont take customers for granted.I hope you can do someting in the matter.

Nitya–I’m terribly sorry for the trouble, I will look into this immediately. I know we’ve been having some issues with our iPod supplier, however, that is no excuse for your experience.
