Get your Indian Railways PNR status on Cleartrip Hrush
It’s been over a month since Cleartrip launched bookings for Indian Railways, and one of our top customer requests has been to make PNR status updates available. PNR status updates have been available through your Cleartrip Account since we launched train bookings, but given the number of customers asking for it, we’ve added a standalone railway PNR status update feature.
Good that it came.
But don’t you think providing a single box could have been more user friendly.
We asked a few people to choose between one box or two boxes and the majority preference was for two boxes. Even under observation, we found that people made fewer mistakes with two boxes as opposed to one.
Glad you finally plugged this gap.
I think 2 boxes is the best option given the nature of the PNR number – but ofcourse you could check the error rate by serving 2 seperate pages alternately – one having the single box and the other 2 boxes.
