A long time ago, when Cleartrip was nothing more than a piece of paper and a twinkle in the eyes of its founders, we decided we needed a logo. We were talking business–to suppliers, investors and the people we wanted to have on board with us–and we needed a representation of our unborn company.

We needed a logo to put on our business cards, our business plans and other “official” communication. This is what the Cleartrip logo looked like back then:

I can’t honestly say that we really liked it, but that’s what it was. Before we had this logo, we went through a period where we didn’t really know what we’d be called, but our name is another story altogether…

Over the next few days we will be posting about the evolution of Cleartrip’s brand and our design–it’s an interesting story of evolution; and one we’d love to share with you, so stay tuned.
