Cleartrip is now on Twitter Hrush
For the past couple of months or so, we’ve been using Twitter fairly actively to converse with people that are talking about us. We noticed a lot of activity on Twitter with people talking about Cleartrip’s products, new launches and features, so we created a Twitter account as an experiment and began engaging Twitter users that mentioned us in dialogue.
To date, @Cleartrip has posted 456 updates and has a Signal to Noise ratio of 100% (‘astonishingly high’ according to Twitalyzer).
We’ve been pretty happy with our use of Twitter so far–we’ve made new friends, helped out customers and learned new things. We’ve decided that we will be using Twitter more actively to converse with our customers. This is what we intend to use Twitter for:
- Answering questions about our products and services
- Helping people with any bugs they encounter using our site
- Responding to requests for customer service
- Requesting feedback on new features or new launches
- Giving interested people a sneak peak into new products and features
- Lightweight customer support
- Providing updates on travel deals
- Sharing things that we find interesting
Since Cleartrip’s early days, we’ve always made every effort to open ourselves up to customer dialogue and feedback–this blog was our first initiative and the Cleartrip Customer Forum and came next. We love hearing from customers and we love getting better with your help.
