Cleartrip is now on Facebook Hrush
As a part of our ongoing commitment to engage our customers in conversation, we recently launched a Facebook business page for Cleartrip.

Much like our Twitter presence, @Cleartrip, we’ll be using our Facebook page for a variety of things:
- Answering questions about our products and services
- Helping people with any bugs they encounter using our site
- Responding to requests for customer service
- Requesting feedback on new features or new launches
- Giving interested people a sneak peak into new products and features
- Lightweight customer support
- Providing updates on travel deals
- Sharing things that we find interesting
Unlike Twitter, however, Facebook may just allow us to create and engage in conversations that are just difficult to have with just 140 characters. Facebook also allows for rich media and group discussions, which could be very interesting.
We’re not sure how many group discussions will actually take place, but we’re happy to join any discussions that customers want to start.
We love hearing from customers and we love getting better with your help.
We look forward to conversing with you on Facebook, we’re at:

Surprised that http://getsatisfaction.com/ and https://uservoice.com/ didn’t make the cut.
Cherian–actually, we love Get Satisfaction, it’s truly an incredible site, but we’ve had our own customer forums available for a long time now:
http://www.cleartrip.com/forums
We weren’t quite sure what the benefit of having both would be; and shutting our forum down to move over to Get Satisfaction didn’t seem like the right answer for us.
Hrush, can one put up a permanent notice on GetSatisfaction (or UserVoice) which redirects users to Cleartrip Forums?
And you guys are being mentioned on Twitter too! I know you guys are already looking through the search, but I found this by chance:
@ZishaanReal customer feedback for @Cleartrip: "I love Cleartrip, because it very very clear. I think Cleartrip people drink ‘Sprite’."
Diwant-as mentioned in the post, we have a Twitter presence:
http://www.twitter.com/cleartrip
We made ourselves available on Twitter only because we saw a lot of Tweets about us there.
So do you drink Sprite? Is that the reason?
Yup, we drink Sprite. In fact, Sprite is the only drink allowed in the office… If anyone is caught drinking anything else, they’re fired on the spot.
Also, it’s fun to get to work and sit on Twitter and Facebook and pretend to work, no?
Karan-Sometimes it’s really not that much fun…
