Cleartrip is now India’s most comprehensive flight search Hrush
Cleartrip’s flight search team has been extremely busy over the last couple of months–toiling away to ensure that Cleartrip’s search results are the most comprehensive results available from any online travel agency in India, if not in the world. Over the course of the last two months, we have welcomed over 30 new airlines into our world.
Being as comprehensive as we can ensuring the broadest choices for our customers has always been one of Cleartrip’s core values, so we’re absolutely thrilled to be sporting the widest selection of airlines available for booking through a single web site.
Most of the airlines we’ve added are Low Cost Carriers or no-frills airlines. Many of the airlines we’ve added are already operating flights in and out of India–Air Asia, Jazeera Airways, Air Arabia, Tiger Airways and many more. So, in addition to making our flight search more comprehensive, Cleartrip customers now have access to a wide array of low priced airfares to choose from for overseas trips. These are a few more of the airlines we’ve added:

Over the next few months, we will be adding more airlines from around the world into our system as we continue to do everything we can to make your travel simpler and more affordable.

I was actually looking for a "Like" button after seeing this post. Something to think about – maybe the FB like boxes that we see everywhere on the web these days.
Customer loyalty can be better ensured with a ’Refund Park" that allows the registered customer to park the unused money — minus cancellation and amendment charges — to buy a ticket within 6 months.
The ‘Refund Park’ should operate irrespective of whether the cusotmer bought the ticket for ownself or someone else — friend or relative.
The "Refund Park’ rule should allow re-purchase ticket for any sector and for anyone — friend or relative.
The "Refund Park’ should have a mechanism for charging the additional amount, if the ticket cost is higher than the ‘parked fund’.
If the cost of ticket cost is lower than the fund generated for the ‘Refund Park’, the balance should be be retained AND/OR with the provision of a ‘Top Up’ mechanism.
The basics of the operation is somewhat similar to the Mobile Recharge facility that has made life so much easier for customers.
Hrush,
Be honest while saying something to public. What is really great in this? Your competitors launched these couple of years back. You guys are doing politics with investor money. You are a highly paid director
for just posting 2-3 fake blogs per month. Can you justify the work you are doing and salary you are getting from the company?
@asdf — Tiger Airways flies from Bangalore to Singapore. Search on our site and then on the competition. Tell us about whether you find Tiger Airways on the competition or not.
Search for London to Paris and see if you can find Easyjet on the competition or not.
Search London to Hahn and see if you can find Ryanair on the competition or not.
And to be honest, it would be great to be a highly paid director who does nothing but post 2-3 fake blogs per month and "doing politics with investor money." If you know of someone willing to pay me for that, please let me know. Or maybe you'd like to take that job instead of being a troll here?
why feed the trolls ?
Search Is great
Design is great
UI is awesome
but Customer Service – That sucks!
I just learnt a great lesson from you guys, Ultimately it boils down to quality customer service if you wan to retain your customers and nothing else matters!
Regular Cleartip user/fan – NO MORE
Vishal–We're very sorry to hear that, someone from our customer service team will be in touch with you very shortly.
I don't think any of these GUI's will really make a difference…
The only thing that will make a difference is customer satisfaction and i am too sorry to say but you have got the worst customer service forum…
I have logged a complaint 3 days back but have got no response yet.
I think instead of looking at your GUI's you should look into the complaint forum link
