Have you ever been surprised by how much airlines charge to reschedule a flight? Or shocked to hear that a few kilos of excess baggage will cost you a few thousand rupees? So have we. And we have often found ourselves wishing for an easier way to find out about these charges than rummaging through dozens of pages on airline websites.
So we went ahead and created one. We extracted all ‘ancillary’ fees from deep within the bowels of airline websites, and put them all in one easy-to-use guide that covers the fees charged by every airline in India. Here’s an excerpt:

Thank you for this. I don’t know how many calls from friends I’ve handled about these fees. People just can’t believe they’re losing so much money — they think someone is pulling a fast-one on them!
Economies are in dire srtiats, but I can count on this!
there should be enitetarnment on board the flight like movies and games. the seats r a bit bigger and mre softer , u also get a pillow and blanket. the planes should be bigger becasue ur ehading to anoother country. and of course they serve meals,(singapore airlines has great meals) u can also (on cathay pacific) order free snacks, umm there is also on malaysai airlines toys and cards and dominoes to play with. thats it
If you are only phobic about onnlie travel agencies, but not booking onnlie in general, you can go directly to the airlines websites. You could call a local travel agency they can provide prices from multiple airlines. If you do not want to do that, call each of the airlines that serve your local airport and ask for prices and possible iteneraries. Both of these options involve service charges that are not added to web transactions.
It is just like domestic, just a bit beettr. The seats are the same, a meal is generally served, though the US carriers will probably at least charge for it soon, movies are show, normally several on a seat-back screen. Only tip I can think of is not to drink much alcohol and move around the cabin to avoid DVT.
