Dear Mr Khetripal

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you had due to cancellation of your flight enroute Jorhat via Guwahati.

Our records indicate that the said flight did operate on the original routing of Kolkata to Guwahati. However. due to reasons owing to adverse weather conditions, the flight could not operate from Guwahati to Jorhat. As a result, you were rerouted back to Kolkata. In doing so, the status of the first portion of your ticket was exchanged to &#039;Used&#039;. However, our staff in Kolkata have updated a full refund of the return segment i.e. Jorhat to Kolkata. 

As the booking was done through a travel agent, I would request you to contact them and ask them to apply for a full refund of the unutilised return segment.

I also apologise for the way the situation was handled by the airport team. I have forwarded your feedback to our Airport Services team for necessary corrective action, wherever required.

Thank you and I look forward to welcome you onboard our flights again soon.
