Job title hell

Once a company institutes titles, is it forever stuck inside the artificial boundaries of their titling lexicon?

Probably so for Google, they're currently looking for a Director of Other.

I came across cleartrip.com from a close friend of mine who suggested me to book my trips and travel plans through cleartrip. Now the question was why would I use cleartrip instead when I can directly logon into core service provider's website.
Well, I called up the customer care center and could find out that he/she gave me multiple options to travel to my destiny with choices of my hotels and fares associated with them.
My point is instead of logging into multiple websites and making calls to different CC centers and trying to find out which is the best for me, it's always better to get the work done in one call or only just on logon.
Moral of the story it saves our time and the fares are nothing extraordinary, just the same we really had to spent either way.
Now that's I call a very good business.
